Privacy at Quiet Light

Quiet Light does not save uploaded photos or generated portraits to its own database or object storage.

Your selected photo and generated portrait remain available only for the current browser session.

When you create a portrait, your photo is sent securely to the processing providers needed to analyze and generate the result.

Quiet Light routes these requests through third-party processing infrastructure and selected model providers.

Quiet Light does not publish your photographs or generated portraits.

There are no public profiles, galleries, social feeds, or automatic marketing use of your photos.

Quiet Light uses PostHog for anonymous, structured product events, Sentry for error monitoring and feedback you choose to send, Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous page-view statistics, and Vercel Speed Insights for page performance.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. Quiet Light removes query strings and URL fragments before sending page-view events.

Analytics and error events are configured not to include your uploaded photograph, generated portrait, original filename, image data, or portrait prompt.

If you use Send feedback, the message and any optional email address are sent to Sentry. Quiet Light does not attach your portrait, a screenshot, or a session replay to that feedback.

Your selected photo and generated portrait are available only in the current browser session.

Refreshing, closing, or clearing the session removes those local references from Quiet Light.

Once the session is gone, Quiet Light cannot restore those files from its own storage.
